Could you provide documentation on how to use the provider in the terraform registry?

Hi, we just initialized the layout for the documentation. Will update eventually and please feel free to make a PR for that.

I think we should update the API version to this decade first. This provider is still using some deprecated or beta API that should be switched to the API v3 from IdentityNow.
