Add docs on mitigations #44

This issue was raised internally by a SE asking "What are Mitigations?" https://docs.openbas.io/latest/usage/mitigations/

At the moment, it seems we're using the mitigations proposed by MITRE. For instance : https://attack.mitre.org/techniques/T1548/ Abuse Elevation Control Mechanism, Technique T1548 - Enterprise | MITRE ATT&CK®

We should specify that in the adequate part of the doc here
