Make home dashboard actionable #1123

Use case

The home dashboard data is too generic to be understood and actionable. Some links are also missing to be able to get more granular in our

Proposed Solution

2 task to be done:

Add filters to the dashboard (time, asset, system, teams) to give granularity to the data
Rework the MITRE result score and let the user navigate to the scenarios that generated or to an attack pattern recap page (not existing right now https://github.com/OpenBAS-Platform/openbas/issues/1164)
