[backend/frontend] Add architecture for payload type command

Proposed changes

• Allow adding architecture to payload type Command (create, upsert, update, filters)
• This param indicates that this command can be applied to this architecture.
• The "All" case means: The command is valid for all executable_architectures.
• Payloads from ART have All as executable_architecture.
• Payloads type executable maintain options as before: x86_64, arm64
• Other Payloads doesnt have architecture
• Filter on architecture: -> x86_64: Show all payloads with executable_architecture x86_64 and All. -> All : Show all payloads with executable_architectures All
• On creation of Inject/atomic: -> Payload with executable_architecture: All : Show all endpoints -> Payload with executable_architecture: x86_64 : Show endpoints x86_64
