[Bug] Argument that contains slash is not fully displayed after enter #1599

Describe the bug When an argument that contains a slash is passed, the returned command does not display the full argument (only displays what is before the slash). It happens in more than one place on the terminal (e.g., exe command)

  1. exe routines/example.openbb

I am getting some weird issues when I test this. Can you put it in quotation marks?

I am going to close this since it is discussed in another issue, and the other issue has a full discussion on how we will resolve the issue.
