[MVP] Create the scrapper to get listing information

Overview: the scrapper gets the necessary information of listings to pass it on to the data cleaner.

Parts:

Getting Listing IDs:

• This part of the scrapper will not use a scrapper library. Will make simple get request to get the listing IDs

Getting Listing Details:

• This part will use puppeteer to intercept request responses to get more information about the listings.

The output will be a Json(contains airBnB ID, registration number, and location), which is passed on to the data cleaner.
