Evidence citation does not handle invalid references or URLs. #33

If a BEL citation does not produce a valid URL then an error will be thrown. This error will prevent the evidence citation and annotations from loading.

We should watch for invalid URL and display accordingly. Linking to the citation format could be helpful in understanding how to correct the citation URL.
