URL in citation isn't valid #9

URL that is put into the citation isn’t valid. For example, for R-HSA-71588.1 the URL is given as http://www.reactome.org/PathwayBrowser/#R-HSA-71588.1. A valid URL for this reaction would be http://www.reactome.org/content/detail/R-HSA-71588. On the other hand, reactome.org has been updated since the last time that the data was pulled, so perhaps these URLs used to be valid...

http://www.reactome.org/pages/documentation/linking-to-reactome/ has information on creating links to reactome objects. This might be more likely to make links that are robust to updates in reactome...
