Link to format details (e.g. site, schema, etc) from specification. #13

Under the Implementation section:

Add corresponding BEL Script links for BEL 1.0 and 2.0.

Add corresponding XBEL links for BEL 1.0 and 2.0. The XML Schema should be published at a single, established URL and also linked here.

Add corresponding Evidence JSON links for BEL 1.0 and 2.0. The JSON schema should be published at a single, established URL.

Add correspding JsonGraphFormat links for BEL 1.0 and 2.0. The general JGF site is http://jsongraphformat.info/.

Should we create a formats repository that holds BEL format documentation and data schemas?

This would include BEL Script, XBEL, BNJ (BEL Nanopub JSON), and JGF/BEL.
