Fix BEL2 variant specification bug #14

Add quotes around variant("") or var("") contents in specification and indicate that they are required. The issue is that non-quoted values cannot contain a period '.'

Added quotes to var("") and the fus(X, "range", Y, "range" ) and deployed to gh-pages.
