The resolver api does not resolve all kam nodes/edges to the Kam they were derived from.

This issue happens for two reasons:

the term signature comparison (p(HGNC:AKT1) to p(#)) lookup in the KamStore was incorrectly using BEL long form (non-abbreviated)
the parameter UUID sequence was computed incorrectly for terms with nesting (did not read parameters left to right)

This issue is fixed and believed to have 100% resolve accuracy. This was tested on a random sample of 16535 kam nodes and 26577 kam edges.
