WSDL functions and relationships aren't one-to-one with the framework and language #66

The web services lack these relationships:

  1. HAS_COMPONENTS
  2. HAS_MEMBERS

And these functions:

  1. FUSION
  2. PRODUCTS
  3. PROTEIN_MODIFICATION
  4. REACTANTS
  5. SUBSTITUTION
  6. TRUNCATION

There was some antiquated rationale for not including a few of these. Now this is just confusing, especially considering the presence of the LIST function.
