Equivalence Selventa Named Complex namespaces to GO CC #28

Named Complex namespaces are not regenerated, but the equivalences should be regenerated based on manual mapping to complexes from GO Cellular Component

The named complex namespaces are species-specific, but the GO cellular components namespace is not. All 3 species namespaces should be equivalenced to GOCC.

This is essentially done - need to make sure that the 3 species - specific namespaces are properly consolidated to a single namespace.
