Equivalences missing between GO and MeSH biological processes #29

MESHPP equivalencing to GOBP appears to be included in equiv.py, but no terms in output .beleq files have the same UUID

Expected behavior -

  1. minimal - identical terms (except for capitalization/case) should be equivalenced (E.g. MESHPP:Autophagy and GOBP:autophagy, MESHPP:"DNA Replication" and GOBP:"DNA replication"). This should equivalence 5-10% of MESHPP terms.
  2. better - use MESH and GO term synonyms for equivalencing

Is equivalencing MeSH synonym (but NOT MeSH headings) to GO BP names
