Missing RGD equivalences #33

~335 RGD values (of 41,706 total) are missing equivalences to Entrez Gene (run 10-01-13). Many/most appear to be due to discrepancies between NCBI and RGD for the RGD official symbol - the RGD ID is correctly linked. Using the RGD ID (instead of the symbol) for mapping should improve results.

Examples - RGD Cdk15 (RGD:1306205) is listed as Fzd7 in Entrez Gene (EGID:301440), and is not correctly equivalenced

RGD Ang2, Gsta1, Hoxa7 are missing equivalences to Entrez Gene for the same reason

Should be fixed by b8bbe621725e8ef8e15cc9d4b4b6b3ba97ac7170 still missing some RGD to EGID equivalences
