Should we also generate a namespace and equivalence file for the Disease Ontology (DO) IDs? Having one would allow us to include DO in the change log. It can not be included currently, because although we have the current name and DO ID, we have no way of equivalencing IDs and names in future iterations without a .beleq file for each of them. And it is the DO ID that is thought to remain consistent, though the names may change in the future. We are currently generating them for the names, and it would be very easy to generate .belns and .beleq for the IDs at this time also, as we have access to the data at the same time.
