"null" values in change_log #56

The change_log contains several null values, but values without replacement are expected to be "Unresolved" or "Withdrawn".

null values from NCBI gene appear to occur when the replacement value has itself been withdrawn

null values from UBERON appear to occur when the label is not present with the Class (but is found elsewhere in the .owl document). This is occurring for valid, non-obsolete namespace values
