Rapid-Api 请求参数与响应管理 #203

ToolBench 是否能把历史的rapid-api调用参数和对应的Response管理起来，这样也可以减少直接请求rapid-api，避免token申请问题和请求的各种问题。整个评测过程也能够更加顺利的执行

我们的rapidapi server会将所有历史调用记录存储下来，并对相同的request返回历史存储内容
