Place after opening

List of Changes

• New chests will have a line generated in their config: place-after-open = True which will trigger a place (with standard options) operation after any successful open / pull.
• Existing chests (generated prior to this version) will have place-after-open = False set in their config file and a "warning" message emitted that the user might want to change the setting in their config file

I ran

enderchest open

using this version on my local EnderChest, and I saw all of the linking messages after the open completed.

After merging this PR, I'm probably going to cut a v0.1.3-beta release explicitly so I can dogfood this feature (and also so that I don't have to undo the changes I made by dogfooding the last PR (it would have been fine if I hadn't decided to manually remove redundant tags in my personal config...)
