build_rpg for Ubuntu sporadically fails to download ffmpeg binaries #23

Happened for 3/4 builds in the past 10 days. Can probably just rerun, but I wonder if there's a better way to grab the ffmpeg binaries.

Don't need to solve this before the initial release

Would be wise to cache The Planets as well.

with integration test music being cached as of 48e57d1676add0fce0925d80de7aad02ffb3c838
