Halve XP gained from selling tonewood #24

This is twice as much XP as a mason villager gets from buying clay balls, which I feel like is fair given how much of a pain in the toucans it is to get stripped wood--not logs, wood.

Hmm... even with the nerf I still managed to level up my villager in three trades, not four. Let's nerf some more.

Now it takes five trades, which for an un-zombie/cured Maestro, is 20 wood or 28 log, which is a lot.

3 XP--50% more than you get from most (all?) Novice villager trades--feels like the sweet spot. Four trades gets you to Apprentice. You can get all the way to Journeyman on tonewood alone, but without discounts it costs over a full stack (and a full stack of acacia or mangrove is painful to obtain).

This is sufficient to resolve #4 for now.
