Resolves #41

Also bumps the pack version to 12, which is the version for 1.19.3 (10 was just for a pre-release IIRC)

Tested this with both the integration test built resource pack and one made locally with the latest Linux build. Ran through all tracks multiple times, the resource pack's track played every single time.
