GIVEN Steve has a bunch of save files set up and managed with gsb
WHEN, from any directory, he runs the command gsb list
THEN he gets back a list of all the saves currently managed by gsb along with additional metadata depending on the verbosity level, where:
gsb list lists each save, the parent directory of each save, and the timestamp of the last backup
gsb list --quiet just lists the saves
gsb list --verbose additionally gives the number of backups, the number of tagged backups, the patterns being matched and the total disk space consumed by each save
SO that he can easily see the status of his saves and easily reference a particular save for further operations (#2)
