Probably the P Tab should not show unless we have access to it for that account

This was set to display if the user had owner privileges to any bank account. This has been fixed in e05d6ab25321d9a51106bfd069de3d9ef5146460 by only displaying the nav item on bank account pages for which the user has owner privileges.
