Consent transaction filters - still not clear #169

@GislaineAlmeida the response you gave is not clear. As an ASPSP, it's not clear if these fields need to be built? Will they be part of the conformance tests? If we do need to build them, then we need a description of how to build them.

I believe we can close this issue now as we have had more guidance published about these fields, and agreed how to treat them in the APIs.
