Add updated SSA Image to Dynamic Client Registration Specification #8

The recent agreement to standardize on 'uri' instead of endpoint will require the images of the Software Statement Assertion be regenerated and then updated in the Dynamic Client Registration Specifcation.

This is no longer required. An example of the SSA will be included instead of the image.
