In order for the rs-api to be a useful resource, ASPSP's should be able to easily integrate with their back end. Having an OpenAPI spec will allow ASPSP's to generate a microservice, this services will call their own APIs in order to satisfy the open banking API requests.
As a ASPSP developer, I want to be able to integrate the toolkit with my bank, so that I can fulfil open banking requests
