Rethinking contributors page #1042

The contributors page seems to be stable. Having a contributors page which is not updated doesn't convey that the OpenBazaar project is growing fast. I would remove the list and list to a contributors page on GitHub?

For example, Node.JS has a very polished and up-to-date list at https://github.com/nodejs/node/blob/master/AUTHORS
