Change SSL button to radio button #1817

ssl

SSL button when adding server should change to radio button. The first time I used it I couldn't connect to server because I didn't noticed that it was an option to choose.

I agree, SSL: On|Off radio buttons would be better.

Note: The same classes and styles used for the radio buttons in the Settings template should be used here.
