Remove obcentral seed server #507

It seems that obcentral seed server is dead at this point so better to remove it.

Coverage remained the same at 52.83% when pulling bc282c1ffe1ca7cd9e9a4d0c382500bdea15c4f2 on remove-obcentral into 72445ef99a431fefa0c066e198313a0ce41dc594 on master.

This is not actually needed and obcentral is available. My mistake.
