Brief Description: Missing button used to add a search provider. Tried stretching the window, did not fix the issue. Unable to add any search provider

Debian 9.9 OpenBazaar client 2.3.3, server 0.13.3

Couldn't Reproduce

Almost same issue here, even after upgrading to 2.3.4 and 0.13.4.

The only difference is that I have "Add search provider" but it does display anything when clicked.

There was a new report of something weird with this code in Slack, a user saw the plus button vanish, along with one of their search providers, and now they have multiple copies of OB. That's something that was fixed several versions ago, it might be worth going through this code again to find any holes in the logic.
