Deleting a category unintentionally prompts external webpage warning #1790

From this Reddit thread:

Bug report: When you try to edit an item and click on the "X" to delete a category (I had two of them), I get the "You're attempting to visit an external link in your default web browser. If your default web browser is not set to Tor, you may be exposing your IP address." message as if I am clicking on a link. In fact it says the link I am following is: "javascript:void(0)"

I presume this user was using Tor.
