Moderator dispute conversation: I sent a message in a dispute case, recipients confirmed receiving and seeing the message but message cannot be seen by me (the moderator) after re-loading the order discussion page
Here's what else I'm seeing if this helps: After sending my message to the vendor my client has been frozen and any other page I attempt to go to, whether it's my store, someone else's store, etc, basically any API call, refuses to load and I am stuck looking at a loading symbol for the last ~20min
The dispute was caused because the vendor has been offline/unresponsive. From what I know the vendor has been offline for a long time
The dispute resolution seemed to have worked, the buyer accepted the resolution and the transaction went through* (edited)
The group message is what started the issue AFAICT, instead of failing gracefully it seems to lock up the client for a really long time
Thanks Mike, I'll add a quick edit to my post that only the buyer confirmed receiving/seeing the message. I have not heard anything from the vendor side and I assume they never saw the message.
