Creation of an appcache for the Firefox OS app.
I took the liberty of deleting some duplicate files. More files could be deleted (colored beers for example, unless we have use for them).
This is only a first shot, we can refine this in the future. But this should already prevent a lot of useless bandwidth usage for mobile users!
