Area badge in search results is not readable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the search box
2. Type something
3. Scroll down to areas or click the area filter badge

Expected Behavior

Layout and text color should match that of the climb results

Current Behavior

Currently the badge has text that is too dark to read, is aligned to the left, and is a different size than the badges in the climb section
