What this PR achieves

Create a full screen map (https://openbeta.io/maps)
Allow users to browse and interact with climbing areas
Migrate to Route groups to take advantage of advanced routing features.[*]

[*] when in the full screen map we can opt to load the existing area/climb page in a modal on click.
