Include results of explainations

Include the results of explainations in the Loader. Problem: currently SAFRAN has no own evaluator, as the evaluator of AnyBURL is used.

Alternatives:

• Implement evaluator in SAFRAN
• Embed AnyBURL evaluator in SAFRAN
