This PR mainly added a fetch_space_structure module to avoid redundant fetches
Accordingly, in the script/upload_data.sh script
- run bode_loader.fetch_space_structure module first
- then, use this space_structure.json file to upload the datatype-specific data.
Also, helper functions are modulized to openbis_helper module.
