I have upgraded my Ubuntu. I needed a new version of openboard. If not possible tell me a way to install openboard on new version.

You have the following options:

Use the Flatpak as mentioned in the Wiki (Downloads).
Use my experimental build of 1.7.2-rc240531 as explained here.
Use the openboard package from the official Ubuntu repositories. But this is still on version 1.6.4 and I do not recommend it.
