It has already been reported : https://github.com/OpenBoard-org/OpenBoard/issues/1012

Please try the proposed workarounds to see if it fixes it.

Hi, I tested few minutes but until now, until now, the issue it is gone. Fortunately, 'cause it very annoying. I will be testing until the end of my day, anything happens and I will be messaging you. Thanks, I think you should upload this update to any people who wants to fix this issue, The next step would we discontinue and dotted lines for writing.
