[Bug] page deleted when openboard crashed #1060

I was just adding a page by pressing shift+ zero (on number pad). A page was created but unfortunately Openboard crashed. When I reopened openboard I found that the pages which were after the new page created were missing, I did not find them in trash also. Openboard version: 1.7.1 OS: windows 11

I think the main concern is why OpenBoard is crashing. Can you reproduce the crash? What are the steps required to trigger it?

not every time it crashes. when I tried to add a page by pressing shift key and zero it crashes two times in one month. i lost pages one time but other time it was ok.

today when i duplicate some pages of a document, it crashes again, but pages are not lost
