OpenBoard is the app I've been using since I received my drawing tablet three days ago (first time ever I use a drawing tablet). I was disappointed to see that writing with the tablet is incredibly difficult. But today I try using it in other desktop and web apps: Photoshop, Windows Paint, and a couple web whiteboard apps: in ALL these apps, the pointer on the screen reacts instantly to my hand movement just like with my mouse whereas in OpenBoard there is a lag that makes it a billion times harder to write/draw. It's so clumsy that I came to believe it will take me months to write correctly with the tablet. Yet it was in fact just OpenBoard. I have two questions:
If it is deliberate then what is the rationale behind this lag?
How to disable this lag and have the pen on the screen react instantly to hand movements?
