Add the possibility to change the rotation point of an object #295

Hi everyone, I know the philosophy of Openboard to maintain the software to be as simple as possible. Today, I want to propose the possibility to add some way of change the center of rotation of an object as could be done in LibreOffice or Inkscape, where when you click twice you have that option. I would appreciate it if that functionality could be added to OpenBoard in a future release.

As you can guess, it seems to be a cool feature, but quite hard to implement. Due to our limited resources though, we won't be able to prioritize on it at this time.
