Describe the bug

To Reproduce

  1. Install the program (1.7.1.240) on Win10
  2. Start program
  3. Select settings (gear icon), select "Preferences"
  4. Select "Display"
  5. Click on select display, display labels appear. Enter 2 in the display field
  6. The board relocates to screen 2.
  7. Test functionality of setting icon (click with pen or mouse) - nothing happens. The pull down menu does not appear
  8. Click on pen pallete and select "keyboard". Keyboard pops up on a different screen (1). As pen cannot reach keyboard, it cannot be closed.
  9. Try to close application (it is in pulldown menu with "gear"). The menu does not open and thus application cannot be closed.

When I unplug interactive display from USB, the whiteboard relocates to Screen 1 and the gear button works by mouse clicks.

Expected behavior

All controls should work on the screen where application displays whiteboard. The application should work normally on screen 2 There should be a way to close the application when not needed. On-screen keyboard should appear on the same screen where whiteboard is displayed.

Actual behavior

Settings pulldown control does not respond to mouse or pen clicks when application is running on screen 2. On-screen keyboard appears on screen 1 (while it should pop up on Screen 2)

I entered all other information in the form, but it is not displayed because I probably entered it between comment fields.

### Describe the bug --   | <!---   | I installed OpenBoard on Windows 10 with USB-connected Wacom interactive display (display is supported by DisplayLink driver. The default installation opens whiteboard on screen 1 (primary screen, 4K resolution). The settings button works when selected by mouse. The pen is not available on this screen. I select display 2 (secondary display, FHD resolution). The board relocates to that screen and operates as expected, but the setting icon (with gear) is not selectable by pen or mouse. It is impossible to close the application or change settings from that screen. Because of that, it is also impossible to relocate the screen back to screen 1.   |     | When on-screen keyboard is selected, it appears not on the same screen 2, but rather on Screen 1. This is very inconvenient as it cannot be accessed by pen clicks, and not visible on interactive screen.   |     | I am always using screen 2 for interactive presentations, so the bug makes the use of the program difficult.   | -->   |     | ### To Reproduce   | <!---   | This is the most important step!!
