Hi,
For now, it is possible to do so with one of the following methods :
OpenBoard.config
file of OpenBoard to point to a network drive or folder. For example : DataDirectory={Documents}/MyNetworkFolder
will read and write Documents from the folder MyNetworkFolder
, that can be located on a mounted network drive. We are actually using this method here in Geneva schools.
Use a Cloud client to synchronize the documents folder
export "My Documents" to a USB device, then import it when on the second computer. Not the best way though as it is necessary to do it at the end of the course too if you want to keep work made in class.
It is very complicated when I open OpenBoard in a different machine because I can't use my prepared classes anywhere but my computer. Maybe you could find a way to link the OpenBoard app to an account so we can access the saved classes anywhere. Thanks in advance!
