After update(current version) not saving my work. #986

I have updated openboard just 3-4 days prior and after updating it is not saving my work nor is it getting auto saved. Can you tell me how to save my work.

On what OS are you ? You're not supposed to do anything.

It could be a right issue, or a problem of disk space.

OpenBoard is trying to write in %localappdata%/OpenBoard/document when saving a document. Do you see anything on this folder ?

Can you try to import a PDF file ? What happens when doing so ?

When import a pdf file it is saved But when I copied notes (text and tables) from PPT file and save in open board documents and even I tried to duplicate the page in which I saved notes a blank page(sometimes partial work appears)

When I reopen openboard some pages' notes completely disappeared

Text Boxes do not support rich text elements.

If you need table elements in an OpenBoard document, youcan export your PPT file as a PDF and import it in OpenBoard. It will create for each page of the PDF an OpenBoard page with a background image. You then can write text or annotate above this background image.

But before updating it is supporting I am using since june 2022

And now even install previous versions (1.6.1) page is not scrolling why?
