Changing Latvian currency from LVL to EUR #18

Latvia switched to Euro from 2014-01-01. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latvian_euro_coins

Thanks. Same will happen with Lithuania from 2015-01-01, maybe i can create PR for that also before 01-01 ?

Sorry that took a while - published now as 0.0.17 including the Lithuanian change.
