Added missing country codes and a Prove specific `all2` export #3

Thanks for these fixes! I've given you push access to this repo, and made you an owner of the package on npmjs. I don't want to be a bottleneck for improvements to this package :)

I'd question wether the country2.json is needed (as the data it contains could be generated at when the module is required) and the naming is a bit odd - perhaps something like country-getprove would be clearer. But if this is what you need to use the code then I'm not too worried :)

Feel free to merge and publish as you need to in future :)
