In f1674d5 you change the status from deleted to user assigned. I change it back in c61a1f2.

What was your thinking behind the initial change - was it to match the states that was already being used in the data?

I was on the fence about whether to use "deleted" or "user assigned". "Deleted" isn't a real ISO status. Either one works for me.
