Updated current species json files to link to the current NGPC GIS clearinghouse & include year and source fields
Created json files for:
State Owned lands open for hunting: WMAs, SRAs, WPAs, State Parks, & etc.
Other lands open for hunting: USFS National Grasslands, DU Lands, & etc.
Removed
